On wellbeing and burnout 🤯

Hello dear reader,

If you’re anything like me, a focus on wellbeing tends to come up for the following reasons:

I am totally burnt out. It’s January and I am setting resolutions. A holiday is coming up that involves beachwear. I’m poorly. I’m thinking about getting older and wanting to do it well.

You’ll have your own reasons. But the thing we might have in common with each other is that we often leave our wellbeing to fend for itself until it is at a crisis point. Or at least until new year.

Why is that? It so frustrates me about myself. Vitamins sit untaken in the cupboard. Stretching doesn’t happen until my sciatica is chronic. Quality sleep gets compromised until I can’t keep my eyes open.

The thing is, this is not how we treat someone we love, someone we care about. People that we love, people that we care about, we demonstrate care and attention to them. We encourage them to rest, recuperate, have balance, and improve their well-being.

What might happen if we treated ourselves like a priority?

Like someone that we loved? So, here we are, in one of the busiest seasons of the year. Not only that, our minds and emotions are trying to make sense of major global issues that are impacting our peace. And I want to make a suggestion to you. One that might on first hearing might seem unrealistic or ill-timed.

What about if you prioritised yourself and your well-being, right now? What about if you chose to make a shift and a change to your state of mind and body today, rather than waiting for January 1st ? What if you showed some kindness to yourself right in the midst of a busy season? I want to help you do that.

I wrote a well-being course (complete with a beautiful journal) with the help of a group of incredible experts on this subject. We built a wellbeing tracker, so you can see where you are at, and I picked their brains on how to improve your wellbeing in all areas of your life. It’s full to bursting with useful content and encouragement, plus you can track your progress with the tracker.

I’ve decided to have a flash sale this week (you’ve got 7 days only) and I’ve reduced the price from £59 to £39 for one week only using this code PRIORITY20

Click here to find out more about the course!

You could even buy it for your friends as a Christmas gift? The journal is beautiful to wrap up and they get lifetimes access to all the materials, too.

You’ve got 7 days to get the reduced price. It’s time to get yourself a headstart on your well-being, and not wait until January to make the investment you need.

Until next week,

Hannah x
