ask me anything 🎙️

Hello, dear reader,

Do you like being put on the spot?

Or do you prefer a bit of thinking time?

One thing I actually love to do is be asked questions and have to think about what I think on the spot.

To think as I speak. I’m one of those people.

Sometimes, for me, too much prep makes me overthink and plan too much, causing me to miss the heart of what I’m trying to say. Some of us love to plan and take our time because we know that’s where our best answers come from.

This week, we decided to give this a go on the podcast. We asked you for your questions, and you really did not disappoint. Zo collected your questions and compiled a list to bombard me with live in our podcast recording. This meant you got my top-of-mind, bottom-of-my-heart responses.

Some of the questions were more frivolous, while others actually deserve an entire episode of their own. Dealing with tricky situations, what to say, what to do, how do you know what the right decision is? And so on.

So, I’d really recommend a listen. It’s a bit like an agony aunt slash coaching session that you get to listen in on, and it was really good to try and use the experience from my coaching and my own life to help answer the dilemmas and dramas!

It also reminded me of how much we can learn from each other and our experiences; there is always some light we can shed and ways we can help each other out from what we have learned, listened to, or walked through

So, before you disappear and go and listen to the episode (by the way, if you like this format, we’ll bring it back semi-regularly, so do let us know), here’s one quote, one stat, and one question for you to get you thinking…

1 quote: “Wisdom is the echo of experience.” ― James Clear

1 stat: Adults ask about 20 questions a day, but the average four-year-old asks 300.

1 question: What is one of the most impactful questions someone has asked you in your life, and how did it influence your thinking or actions?

Love,
